Permanent Print Collection

The Greater Lynn Photographic Association's Permanent Print Collection preserves and
showcases award-winning photographs by past and present members. As of September 2026, the Collection includes 220 prints by 97 club members.

Members whose print or digital image has received a qualifying award may contribute either the original mounted or matted print or a mounted or matted print made from the digital image.

Qualifying awards include:

1. GLPA Photograph of the Year in either the Print or Digital Image competitions
2. GLPA Print of the Year in each Print Class and Category
3. GLPA Projected Image of the Year in each Digital Image Class and Category
4. Any print or projected image that wins a top medal in a PSA or NECCC interclub
competition, including Best of Show, a Judge's Award, or a Special Category Award

Before submitting, confirm that your image received a qualifying award, prepare a mounted or matted print no larger than 16 × 20 inches, and gather the information required for the back label.

To submit an award-winning image, contact either Karen Hosking or Janice Koskey, co-chairs of the Permanent Print Collection. Tell them that you would like to contribute a print. Whether the award was earned in a print or digital image competition, submit the original print or a mounted or matted print no larger than 16 × 20 inches, with a label on the back containing the following information:

1. Your Name
2. Title of Print
3. Award won
4. Year Print submitted

Selected prints are displayed on the club walls, usually in September at the beginning of the camera club season. In order to promote the Collection and make accessible throughout the year, the entire collection has also been photographed and organized into the slideshow segments listed below.
