As photographers, our cameras serve as passports to the world around us. Seeing is believing. Whether it is a tank of gas locally or a round-trip ticket to somewhere, there is an abundance of creative opportunities waiting for every photographer. These creative opportunities are also learning opportunities that infuse your life with knowledge, understanding, and appreciation. By exposing ourselves creatively and personally to a variety of locations, cultures, people, and history, we become more enlightened, more compassionate, and more caring with our creative energy. Growth in our photography begins with ourselves. To travel is to learn. To learn is to grow.

Our speaker a self-taught photographer who has been professionally photographing a variety of subjects for the past 25 years while teaching others to do so as well. As the Director of Photo Adventures for Hunts Photo and Video in Massachusetts, Don leads numerous instructional photo walks in the greater Boston and New England area as well as a wide variety of photography workshops locally, nationally, and internationally. He is deeply committed to sharing the unique beauty of the world through his imagery, his writings, and his instructing.
